Earlier this year we had our toilet, bathroom and laundry renovated by MC Hammer Ltd. We were happy with the finished product - the subcontractors and tradesmen all did a really good job. However the job did take three times longer than was originally stated. Living without laundry and bathroom facilities for almost three months and being unsure as to when the job was gong to be completed got to be quite distressing. We were extremely frustrated with the lack of communication and great difficulty in getting timely answers to our queries. At times decisions about products and placement were made and put in place without any consultation with us. We were disappointed that when the job was finished there was no contact or final check to ensure we were satisfied with the job done as one would normally expect. So in fact the job was well done but the process, we feel, certainly has room for improvement.
