Johnstones Hill Tunnels

Would be nice if they future proofed the tunnel enough when first built to 3 traffic lanes each! Population keeps expanding and so does commuter traffic and holiday traffic really gets jammed up. This stretch of motorway will need to be 6 lanes total from the current 4 in less than 10 years

Great tunnel (would have given 5 stars) but the fact we still have to pay to use it and that the majority of this payment goes toward administering the fee itself is very disappointing. We already pay fuel taxes that are meant to pay for stuff like this. The toll should be removed during the week (if not completely) when ordinary people have to use it to get to work

The most useless road I have ever seen. Just nothing but traffic jams on the weekend.... Why pay a toll for a clogged road?

Happy to pay a toll on this good quality road to save time and hassall.... But when it's choked up on holiday weekends... take the free scenic route, it's quicker and better looking!
