Absolutely appalling service. I ordered a XXL size nappy. They send me the wrong size. Took photos and asked to solve the issue. Told me I have to wait for their inspection and investigation. The representative hung up three times. Mums and dads, please if you have another place to buy nappy, it would be better than this place. Horrible experience! . They sent me a email and asked me to print out a return ticket, (I dont have a printer at home). Once they received the return product they then can refund or exchange Just to save your time I suggest DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

5 stars for this place I received the best customer service from the lady at the counter she was amazing to me and so kind xxx I would 100% recommend ordering from here and they also have after pay their quality is really good for their pricing I've been here like 3 times already definitely will be coming back

My experience with this online shop has been terrible. I purchased a mobile for cots, and it does not fit the brand new cot I have just purchased. I rang and email the company and they are not interested in exchanging it for another mobile that will fit.. I strongly advise people not to deal with this company as they do not stand behind there products.

Never order nappies from these people. Our shipment was misdelivered, tried to get them to send a replacement order at our cost, woman on phone shouted at us and hung up repeatedly.

An excellent and value for price product tried and tested over the years. But recently there have been sizing issues but the customer representative was understanding enough to dispatch another proper sized product. I am worried about their product sizing, hope they can improve on it and next time when I go to buy I will get a proper size.The price has increased twice, once the number of nappies was reduced and now a $5 increase I wont mind paying a bit more but the quality and size is decreasing rapidly. I hope they do something about it. I would love to save on nappies but the quality and sizing need to be consistent. In response to your reply I understand the fact that prices have increased but what I am unable to get is that even after increasing the price the size and quality is compromised. I dont understand this. Also, yes babyonline nappies are the cheapest but yes the quality is decreasing. And after this price increase they are just a couple or few cents less each nappy if you do some maths. I believe if the price has been increased value also should be provided. I am just guessing that the new product which is to arrive has already been labelled premium and it will definitely cost more and it will be a bit cheaper than the other but not much. NOW in October I was advised by the people at babyonline to buy Dryupss Magic which was said to be a better and superior version of nappies in size and quality but I found out that its just a trick the size is still not consistent with the weight of baby mentioned. Only the prices have increased and yes print of nappies other than that sizing issues still persist. Highly disappointed and not recommended.
