Went for full body massage, therapist was not at all experienced, did not set the bed properly, I had to prompt to remove the head piece for comfort on the bed, dim lights, lack of product knowledge wasted $100 for an hour, in the middle of the message she kept asking are you relaxed. The worst experienced I have had so far- would not recommend massage overall bad experience.

I had such a lovely experience here. It was my second time getting eyelash extensions ever so I was pretty clueless. She was super helpful and got them done quickly and beautifully. But then when I went to pay, my Afterpay wasn't going through. I tried and tried again. Obviously, I started to panic but they all reassured me and said it's alright to sit and wait until either Afterpay responded to me or until we figured a solution. The lady went above and beyond by calling her manager and tried to figure out another payment option. Eventually, I managed to find a solution. A fairly new customer and someone very hesitant to change, I found Rupa at Sylvia Park late last year. Nervous on my first visit, to my delight, Rupa was ahhhhmazing! So very patient, listens carefully to your request, an absolute pleasure to deal with. Today was my 3rd visit and like previous times, I walked away with perfect eyebrows.
