        This must be the best customer service in the country! I havent encountered such wonderful customer service in the past 30 years. Krystle is a gem and bent over backwards to get my purchase to me as quick as humanly possible. Its just a big wow from me!!

        Just had the most wonderful experience with Queen B, after receiving a product not what I expected, the exchange was made a really pleasant experience by a customer care attendant, Krystie York, and my 'not so cool' Xmas present turned to a second Xmas for my wife.
