Bad service. Old lady at register said our spend of $270 would count towards a voucher to spend later and if we used the current voucher on the account it would not affect this. We believed her since we assumed she must be a senior staff member. She neglected to inform us once the voucher was applied it was irreversible and when we asked to not apply any voucher, it was too late. She was quite rude and offered no solution or apology other than oops. Left a sour taste in our mouths after this experience and it seems as if she actually had no idea what she was doing whilst maintaining a snobby fake friendly persona.

Poor service and communication

Good mix of clothing for men, women and kids, bags and accessories and homeware. Everything was beautiful.
