Cue Sylvia Park

I went in the other day, and was ignored by one of workers (short black hair). Poor customer service won't be returning here.

I wanted to shop in Cue to buy some items I saw online but the shop was not open today, but all the lights were on. Frustrated standing there for 15 minutes I went and got a coffee from Majestic and sat down. I saw the doors were opening so I finish off my coffee. I was already running late now as I needed to be on the road heading for an appointment. There was a lady in there with short black hair who gave me no service at all. Not a welcome not even a smile. It was very quiet and I was the only one in there. I would just like to let you know that I have never received such bad customer service and felt like I wasnt good enough to be welcomed into the store. I saw what I wanted to buy but because of her rudeness just standing behind the counter and not bothering to make eye contact or give any customer service I find this out right appalling and I hope you get to the bottom of this. I did get her name from another store I went into to buy a lovely skirt and blouse and they told me her name is Tatiana. Please make sure you have a word with her as that is bad for the business and Im sure your sales will be highly affected if she keeps doing what she is doing and its obvious shes taking the company for a ride doing what ever she likes and not keeping the store open when all the other stores around her are open at the right time.
