        Spent $1895 on a coffee machine. Malfunctioned within 6 weeks. Service coordinator accused me of using the wrong grind of coffee and causing the problem. A few weeks later the machine failed again. Again accused of misuse. Company repaired it but would not comply with Consumer Guarantees Act and give me a refund. The service coordinator appears to be psychic and knows when you have used the wrong coffee and misused a coffee machine. Caveat emptor, Buyer Beware!
