        Had hopeless service from Computer Lounge next door, decided to give these guys a try. Great decision, Yao quickly understood the problem based on my information. I received a phone call back promptly that the problem had been resolved. I even asked a bit of how they did the fix I couldnt do and they even shared that information. I am not going to be in a position I would need that information again and only asked out of curiosity but their transparency is a good indicator of the company. Also, unlike their neighbours, they actually pick up their phones and provide quick updates on your products. Pricing seemed fair considering they did such a great and fast job.
