They take weeks to reply to their website messaging system and don't answer the phone. I have called all 4 available options on the answering machine for about 30 min just to see if I can get a hold of someone as I've been waiting for a replacement for about 4 months now. It was supposed to only take about a month.

Worth the trip from the other side of Auckland, friendly and knowledgeable staff, no pressure to purchase other than the impressive setups you can get your hands on to test. Its only a shame their showroom isnt larger!

I brought a gaming pc in December last year. After 2 or so weeks it was giving overheating errors and looked like a fan had stopped working. So CL got me to send it back. I sent it on Jan 8 and I didn't get it back until Mid March. About 3 weeks after getting it back the same errors started again. So I took it to pb tech and in 1 day they told me the case isn't having enough airflow going through the pc causing the overheating. So I swapped the case and then we found the cooler now playing up. So no idea what CL did for nearly 2 months with it other than keep it and do nothing until I ask multiple times. Then put a new ram in, say sorry, then send it back. I would love an explanation and for you guys to pay for the new case and cooler. No point sending it back as I would like to use it before Christmas this year. (Have had it if I'm lucky for 5 or 6 weeks since Dec 21 and today April 17) Thanks for the help and hope to hear back.
