Takes 4 days to reply my calls. Made a huge mistake which resulted our company can't function for half a day and still want to charge us for their own mistake. Every time I launch a ticket, I put my request in. When the technician calls, I expect them to fix my problem. But often they just keep passing on the same job to other technician because they can't sort out the problem. What is the point of asking me the purpose of the call, launch a query ticket but send me a technician who can't fix my problem but costing my time? You guys need to sort out your own Team, every company is busy not just you guys. Is frustrating when my company can't operate properly and I am stuck with you guys waiting hours for a respond.
