Jason Catterall from Morecroft Group was super responsive and extremely helpful with concerns we had about some material that was coming off our roof afterit had been water blasted. I rang him around 9 am and he was on site by 11am the same day. He was professional and courteous. We have tenants in the property, and he helped reassure them and us that there was no risk with that material and everything was OK. That was incredibly important and helpful for us at a crucial time.
