If I could rate this company lower than 1 star, I would. I have been trying to set up my nanas Sky for the past six plus weeks, all I need is a technician to come out and check her connection as we have been devastated by the cyclone (floods). I thought it would be a relatively simple task to book a technician. I was wrong It has been a constant rigmarole, where you are cycled from one area of customer service to the next and most do not know what theyre doing. With this, they lie, we have had two technicians supposedly booked, which we have not seen or heard from. With this, when we ring in regards to the no show bookings, Sky do not seem to keep any record of any conversations/bookings. Hence the consistent rigmarole of ringing back (being on hold FOREVER) and having to explain our position over and over again. Your service is disgusting. DO BETTER.

Phone up to sign up to a new service, the phone is answered almost immediately. Phone up for anything else and be prepared to wait for hours. Absolutely abhorrent service.

Re new sky box if you are thinking of getting one, be aware that it has no connection for your sound bar or Home theatre. I have just gone through this and if you ask the customer services ( in Philippines they tell you it cannot be done). I ended up going to Head Office in MT Wellington my self and they was able to do it as I had not sent my b ox back. There are no old boxes left. So, any new connections are now all the new box ( with no AV connection).

We have gone from Vodaphone tv to Sky pod. The skypod is extremely slow and is a waste of money
