This is my first time going to Mac in sylvia park, and I am very new to make up, so I had all these silly questions and several products and shades I wanted to try. RHEA was the best, she was so patient and so informative. She showed me different products, made me feel comfortable and gave me the confidence to wear make up. Thank you Rhea for all your help.

The staff at this mac are by far the least judgemental out of all the stores in multiple countries that I have been to. They offer the back to mac service here and the staff are always happy to help! Wish we could see more of this at other store as its a shame to be made uncomfortable when you are tyring to spend money. Keep up the good work.

Worst customer service, the guy with glasses and a hat, seems to be the manager , he was so freaking rude because I swatched a lipstick that was put with testers!!! He asked us to leave the store and kept yelling. Since when did MAC employ such illiterate people? Was acting like he owns the store! Has no manners to talk to customers!
