when i worked in retail a decade and a half ago an EFTPOS outage got us staff screamed at/verbally abused and in extreme cases had projectiles thrown at us by our managers - maybe these managers should end up managing your staff to drill into your staff using standover, visible-aggression and intimidation tactics that technical flaws and outages are absolutely not tolerated, sundays eftpos outages SHOULD NEVER HAVE HAPPENED IN THE FIRST PLACE.

Rubbish service, poor technology and atrocious fees.

This companys sales team are atrocious, they will lock you into a contract with false promises and you will be stuck using their payment platform which doesnt even work half the time. God forbid you contact the helpline because nobody ever picks up and you waste hours trying to get your issue sorted. I will be cancelling and going elsewhere as soon as possible before this company ruins my business anymore!
