Waipuna Hotel and Conference Centre

This is our 3rd stay at Waipuna Hotel. Location suits our needs to visit family and friends whilst in South Auckland as it is close to the southern motorway. The room / bathroom are a generous size and are modern, clean and comfortable. Only dissapointment on this 4 night stay was no room servicing / housekeeping was provided. Had to ask for clean towels and for a restock of coffee and sugar. Shame when the room rates are comparable to hotels which offer servicing on a daily basis.

Five stars for customer service! Chetan and his team on the front desk, were incredibly helpful and bent over backwards to accommodate us. Ended up bringing our 5 month old baby along, they upgraded us to a family friendly room, were always available to help and offer advice. We will be staying here again purely because of their warmth and service. Bar staff were friendly and had great banter. Pillows were super uncomfortable, I'm sure the staff would have changed them out if we ask but we had imposed enough so we let things be. Thanks you Chetan and team!
