I am not sure if my claim is being seriously taken from getting the claim part from the 3rd party. I did request them to contact them and get my amount from the person who hit my car and drove off. They haven't taken my claim seriously as something has to be done

DO NOT BUY and CANCEL IMMEDIATELY!!! Quest Ins. barely deserves this 1 star rating. I would give them ZERO stars or less if i could, but i need to write this review and warn everybody!!!! I had a Car accident (Total Loss/Write-Off) in the first week of January 2023. It is now March 2023 and i am STILL waiting for a Settlement. I have been paying for a Sum Insured Policy of $16k for over 2 years now.only to be told today that they carried out a Market Value estimate at the time of the accident which apparently values my car at only $7k.so ive basically been paying for a $16k policy for nothing, i will get less than $7k once they take their policy excess and any other cost they can think of before making me a Settlement Offer!!! This wont even pay off the Finance balance! UNBELIEVABLE!!!! Their call centre staff are inexperienced, and all the experienced staff hide behind emails. I emailed the complaints dept in February.still no response! DO NOT BUY A QUEST INSURANCE POLICY!!! They will rip you off and they absolutely couldnt care less. ZERO duty of care to customers. ZERO common sense dealing with a vehicle claim. ZERO responsibility taken. ZERO EVERYTHING!!! Check your policy wording everybody! Check your sum insured and market value. Dont make the same mistake as me. They got me good

Absolute WORST insurance company ever. Dont recommend these guys to anyone not even my worst enemy. No help from the caller take days to reply to an email. These guys need to be shut down for good!
