Straight-up poor service. Unhelpful, and they have an excellent way of making you feel as though youre an inconvenience, rather than a customer. Just purchase on the website if Bendon is the only option for you. Alternatively, BnT is just a little way down from this store, and they have really helpful, lovely staff.

Came in today had Emily and Kathleen helping me, they were so helpful and polite and I found bras and undies that I love. Thank you so much girls.

I went to store on a Saturday recently and bought underwear. While there I complained how bra straps always slide off my shoulders and how annoying this was. The salesperson who I think was called Sasha ( apologises if I have that wrong) recommended a new product which sits on yoyr shoulder and are ? Latex. These are brilliant and I am forever indebted to you. I have had no further problem with them and several of my friends have gone and purchased them. Thank you so much Sasha for your kind suggestion.

Amazing customer service :) Impressed by a young lady Neha at this store. She made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. She is such a cute bubbly person who knows how to talk to customers (wish she could work for me). amazed by the way she described each bra in detail. absolutely loved shopping here. Can't wait to come back.
