Helpful enough. I'm sure they are good at their trade. Went in to purchase a battery for my car keys and was charged $20 to take out the old battery and to fit the new battery. Expensive 30 seconds.

My 1st experience with them was very bad. The attendant promised to visit my house to access what type of key I needed, he got my details but never called or visited. I went online and booked for a visit from their website...there was no place to access the price of the service...I called and they promised to call back but didn't. I went online and booked the service and the people came and charged me a call out + key charge of $218. I obviously refused to pay. The person was kind enough to send the key details to their office and I went there to pick up a key for $35. Imagine if I didn't insist on not paying. Their prices are not on ther website. The customer service is very poor and very vague about pricing. I'll probably avoid using them in the future.

Excellent response. I phoned at 9.30am on the last working day before New Year's Eve and the job was completed by 11.30am. Terrific service.
