      • A Kiwi, not a fruit, not a bird.

        My daughter and I were just having a look and this lovely boy Soroush kept asking us how he could help us. I felt bad not asking for his help . I ended up buying a pair of shoes for my daughter. Soroush was a funny and positive boy, and my daughter will definitely be back again.

        My family and I entered the store. There were 4 staff members standing and talking. They did not welcome us or acknowledge us and continued to stare. My wife approached a male staff member, who then spoke to a female staff member for assistance. Staff seemed to be disinterested in their job and they really need a refresher on customer service. Because of this experience, I will not be coming back and will take my business elsewhere.

        Sales man was beyond rude. He was arrogant and condescending. As a physiotherapist and seasoned runner, I would not recommend this store to others.
