        I popped in yesterday to check out the heels I had seen online. The staff member was very helpful and friendly and she called shops around to find my size and to hold them for me. Went to Onehunga and got them. Love them! Thank you for all your trouble, I'm happy!

        WORST customer service at Sylvia Park store. The assistant store manager was EXTREMELY rude, disrespecting and abusive over not just one but MULTIPLE visits. Feel sorry for the company to be giving such responsibility to one person and possibly experiencing multiple losses due to her misbehavior and terrible customer service. I have been a regular customer at the store since years and this disappointing service will definitely affect my future purchases at the store. Hoping this message reaches to everyone and they maintain distance from Sylvia Park store.

        Received amazing customer service today! Was after some black sandals and had tried on many previously that were too narrow for my feet. The staff member was super helpful and so friendly and let me try on different styles that suited my feet. Ended up finding the perfect pair thanks to her. Thank you so much!
