        Purchased dietary supplements from in store but checked pricing and stock around Auckland. Sylvia Park was the only branch that had the product in stock at $69.99; Went into the store and the prices was $72.99. I asked the checkout if the price was right for the product and she was courteous while checking the online pricing I showed. Seemed like a conflict between the online store and in store prices but the staff were friendly enough to handle the situation straight away. Good service.

        Booked a jab through bookmyvaccine website but when we got there the staff said they had run out the vaccines. When asked why we were not notified, she said they didn't have our contact details. Obviously it was a lie, as you would need to leave your contact number while booking. What a shame on this big chain outlet when it comes to customer service.
