Street smart property were amazing with helping me rent my house out. Chloe was so awesome I couldnt recommend her more! She made the process simple and was really understanding and easy to communicate with throughout. If you are thinking of renting your house out definitely go through street smart property management and make sure you ask for Chloe! She was fantastic!!!!

This is one of the worst agencies I have dealt with. Poor response from the prop manager. Washed away their hands during flood in my property, infact no support I received during this tough period. They held my bond for over 3 weeks post handing over the property till I warned them I'll go to the tribunal if further delay. God ....

Jess has done a great job in selecting new tenants for my difficult to rent property and what's more there have the rents have been continuous and there have been no vacant days in between tenants. Jess has also been great to communicate with throughout the process.

CHLOE! Her sweet gesture of a welcome home card and a box of chocolate almost made me cry! Very kind and any problems I had with the property she is always sure its up to our standard of living! I can't be more satisfied with our stay. THANK YOU CHLOE - your new waipuna family
