Something wrong with the attitude of this guy shiv working in this store, Ddnt help me at all with my question on asking him for different shoe size. I found his attitude a bit rude.

The staff are the best in all the Nike stores in Auckland. Welcoming vibes positive energy n generally helpful. Ive made many purchases n will go get more from here better then JD sport n Footlocker period . Thank you guys

Fast and consistent customer service even on Boxing Day

This week Tuesday Sylvia Park Nike team provided excellent customer service. Except for this one girl, who went beyond, everyone greeted us instore made me and my mum feel welcomed. There was a Punjabi girl who assisted us in choosing shoes by discussing the advantages; nevertheless, we have forgotten her name. I had no idea that Nike had a two-year warranty. In addition, as long as the shoes aren't worn, there is no time limit on when we might decide we no longer want them we can bring them in after 30-60days as well. I was shocked and happy how Nike is different to other stores. Since my brother and I are around the same size, the young girl brought three pairs of the identical Jordan Mids for me to try on. She warned me to avoid touching the back of my heel because doing so might make my feet hurt. We got the perfect size it isn't to big or small. My brother was happy and me and my mum were super happy. I must say the customer service experience I recieved made mine and mum day as we didn't get judged like the store Nike in Auckland City. Thank you to each individual who approached us on that day asking if we are okay and need any help. Could we please get the name of the young girl as we would love to thank her in person.

Thank you Sylvia Park Sneak.R Crew The Vibe & Service in this store is as Tina Turner sang Simply the Best I have dealt with nearly all the staff here & surprisingly we are on first name basis (Lol) Thank you Harry, Leen, Mikey, Miss lilOG sis (sorry name has slipped) Enjoyable chats everytime. You guys are a credit to the store! & Yes Leen thank you for setting my app up correctly on my phone. S - Seen you under the pump with customers, however you managed all with ease & real professionally. Your service to all is Great & I applaud you, thank you for the last 27ltr as you said Good Luck Backpack (Lol) SOLD. Liv - Give yourself a pat on the back! I appreciate everything you do here & with the staff which makes shopping so enjoyable everytime. Thank you for understanding my madness as a collector & needs for others. Keep smiling because its definitely infectious & lights up the store. Lastly a Special Thanks to - Makayla, mate since day one your service has been above & beyond the mark, going back & forth at times to suit my impulsive needs (yikes sorry) all is greatly appreciated! Your service & follow ups again is Remarkable! If only you could see the happiness & smiles on friends & family faces when they get a Retail priced sneaker & not missing out to re sellers. Again Thank you Crew Your Simply the BEST I could go on & on but it all might look like a paid stitch up LOL! My only low would be.
