2degrees Sylvia Park

Time and money wasted experience. They cant solve customer issues. I went into 2degrees new market twice and 2degrees Sylvia park once, spent 6-7 hours in the stores in total tried to include my parents in a $75 group plan with me and to buy an iPhone 14 pro max. Terrible and arrogant attitude except the first young lady. Kept telling me my account was under investigation so they cannot include my parents in a group plan nor I can buy an iPhone. So I bought two prepay plans for my parents with $160. A week later I found out that they only upgraded me to a $75 plan. That was terrible miscommunication because I would only like to use a $75 plan if my families could be included. I tried to sort this mess out and it took three weeks but still undone. Three weeks duration they had never proactively contact me so I went into the stores three times. They dont care what I asked for but kept telling me nothing they can do. How this issue resolved? I eventually bought an iPhone 14 pro max from Noel Leeming and my families and I have now moved to Spark.

There are 3 staff working, only 1 staff is talking to a customer, while 2 other customer wait in line and the other 2 staff fiddle with computers... Will not be coming back.

As soon as my family Walked in, plan was to join 2degree for me and my wife, staff member rudely approached us to get in the line, no hello no hi, just that rude tone. My little kids were with me who didn't deserve to see this type of behavior. Customer service team are supposed to be brain of the business as the business is only relied on customers. I specially came to join 2 degrees from far but couldn't stand the negative energy their, I just decided to leave. I have the staff members name if 2degree would like to re train him...

Is there a 0 star rating that I can select? Worst customer service ever. Going to a 2 degree store is not even required these days but if you go and you receive such bad service from staff you do think why they are even open? From the main staff to the team manager were rude and disrespectful in their conduct. If anyone from 2 degress management is reading this- your team at Sylvia Park needs customer care training 101.
