Horrible experience with Godreys Silvia Park during vacuum cleaner servicing: Being a very loyal customre for 10 long years ,I had a very unpleasant experience with Godreys Silvia Park while getting my vacuum cleaner serviced. Firstly, it took them a long time to respond to my request and get back to me. When I finally dropped off my machine, they were unable to give me any timeline on when it would be ready. After several days, I called them to follow up and was told that my vacuum cleaner had been misplaced. This was extremely frustrating and concerning as it was a valuable item that I needed for my home. When I went to pick it up, they handed me someone else's machine, and it was not until later that they called after 2 weeks accusing me of stealing the vacuum cleaner from the store, there is no respect for the customer The entire experience was highly unprofessional and showed a complete lack of concern for customer service. I would not recommend Godreys Silvia Park to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient service provider for their vacuum cleaners.
