Didn't like went in to purchase a specific product... Took quite a while before I got served just stood there waiting while staff talking, didn't have but never even tried to offer a alternative just said nah we don't sell those seemed like he wasn't even interested or want to be there

Great store, really good location.. bought myself a new dry herb heat not burn vape to smoke tobacco through .. one I wanted was out of stock so ended up buying a Storz & Bickel (Crafty +) .. I had heard of these but wanted some more info as at $550.00 they are quite expensive.. the guy and girl behind the counter were really great and told me about what he knew as well as ringing someone for more info which was really helpful and helped me decide to buy.. Really happy with my purchase and the staff I would happily go back when I need something else to smoke my tobacco in .. thanks

Came in last Sunday from out of town and the two ladies at the front desk were amazing! That type of customer service cant be taught!
