        Unfortunately they didn't have the product I wanted, but the Friendly staff gave me directions to nearest stockist. Made my day that bit less stressful

        Fantastic service! Big shout out to Anton and his team. I was having major issues with a device, took it into Sylvia park and Anton sorted it out immediately. Super knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks again for all your help.

        Went to buy a vape coil and a disposable. I paid and they didn't show me the coil until after I had paid. Was the wrong one. the coil was twice the price of the usual coil I get. Said they did show me the coil and pointed behind the counter and computer. Asked for a refund as they didn't have the right coil. They said no. Said we could go try it in our vape to see if it the right one. Then said if we open it we can't swap or return. Said they had a no return policy. Had to swap the coil to a second disposable that we didn't want in the first place.
