Slack customer service for Leaner Driver License ! Check the dam information a person needs at the time of dealing with a customer- not make them wait 45mins only to be told their photo ID which was only just out of expiration was not accepted - COULD OF TOLD MY SON THAT 45MINS EARLIER - rather than have his 4 week old baby and mother of his child waiting a the car for him in weather. GET IT TOGETHER.
Reply - Thanks for reply however you also missed the point as did your staff - CHECK ALL DETAILS AT THE FIRST INITIAL CUSTOMER CONTACT. Had your staff member been on the ball/up with the play/onto it/focused/knowledgeable - THEY WOULD HAVE GIVEN CORRECT INFORMATION 45MINS EARLIER.
