Shocked by their poor customer service. I came in a rush and didnt realize without my mask, I asked the staff if they could provide a mask for me, they said they dont have it. And they denied to service me at the counter, they said wear a mask is their own policy, if you want to buy from us you have to wear your mask. I understand that, but from a customers perspective, If you have this rules in your shop, youd better provide masks for customer who forgot wear their mask. Also you could reminder me about the mask when I just came in to the shop rather then told me that you cant service me when I was ready to make payment. Their staff was very rude, he even said if you are not happy then make a complaint, they dont care about it.

Just started shopping online with Oceans Floral and loving it. Super easy website and quick delivery time. Shipping is the same price for everything so will only be worth while in bulk buy. Look forward to continuing purchasing products from them :)
