        I ordered a Leather Jacket online & paid $209.99. Received a wrong order, a trouser. Called 0800 & it did not work. Sent an email & my emailed did not go through. For a minute I thought it was a scam. Called Silvia park store & spoke with a staff member. She told me the number on the invoice is the old number & she said Portmans did not have an email id so I cannot contact them by email. She asked me to call her back in 20 minutes & said she was trying to serve another customer, which very rude. When she gave me the 0800 she was speaking really fast & i had to confirm the number three times & she sounded rude. Did not expect this type of service from Portmans. And please update you contact details on the invoice so we dont have to contact the stores as the staff member said she cannot help me with this. Zero star for the service.
