I had emailed Shane for an inspection to see if our house was sinking. He responded promptly and came over to look at the house and explain to us what was happening (thank god it wasn't sinking). He was very knowledgeable and helpful and he didn't charge us at all. We are so grateful he came over and finally give us a sigh of relief!! Thanks so much!

I have call to Shane and talked about my house. He ask me more information and some pictures. My house built on piles and I feel floor is uneven. So I found this company from google search. After sent pictures and information Shane ask, he come back to me and told I don't need house leveling and I need replace my chip board (Floor boards) because they are absorb lot of moisture and broads are bend. I was really surprise he came back with this information. Because he can get this job done as house leveling and charge lot of money very easily. I am desperately need to sort this matter. But Shane explain me everything and ask nothing wrong with my piles everything is all good and I need to replace chip boards. I am really glad I talked to him and get honest opinion regarding my house floor. This man is truly wonderful kiwi man, who with honest soul.
