        Terrible experience with this company!!! I have purchased an item from them on 16 July and today 10 August I still have not received it. Really poor communication with always finding an excuse while it is not their fault. They did not call me once to apologize, rather were quick to state that their terms of trading were on their website which is totally irrelevant as I have purchased the item straight from their retail store. It is not reasonable to expect someone to check the terms and conditions of trading on the website before buying something in the store...
