I highly recommend dr islam 5 starz for him , 0 stars for receptionist wanting payment before seeing doctor and are persistent not like was going to run off with out paying - ridiculous

Called for a script a week ago, paid for it, went to pick it up only to find they hadnt sent it or sent it to the wrong place, doctors dismiss my symptoms and feelings, their only concern seems to be prescribing me with as many things as possible for their profit

As a previous worker of this practice I would highly recommend no one else to work or apply there. There is no management team what so ever. Dr Taslima Khatun is the dr/owner/manager but has absolutely no ability or knowledge on how to manage or reason with staff. Its her way or the highway. She likes to bend the rules in regards to procedures and requirements that should be maintained by the medical centre from the Public Health Organisation. Also so rude not only to staff but to patients as other reviews state. The fact I stood up to her and didnt let her walk all over me didnt sit well with her. I could go on and on but this should be enough to give you an idea about what this clinic is like as they are looking for staff right now.

Rang Pt Chevalier Medical Centre to make an appointment for my elderly mother. The receptionist said they could not see her until the next day. When she realised my mothers age she squeezed her in for that afternoon with Dr Taslima Khatun who I found to be professional, efficient and empathic. Thank you and highly recommend.

Went to see Dr Islam this afternoon. The receptionist was extremely rude and impolite. She kept rolling her eyes at us. If she cannot do her job properly then she shouldn't be working there. This one star rating reflects her customer service not Dr Islam's care. If I could I would give her zero stars.
