Very disappointed in the service and the lawn cut. In December I booked 3 cuts to cover the time we were away for summer break. Only 1 cut was done and it was done without a catcher so when we returned home there was dead grass everywhere. The lawn looked terrible, alongside the paths, door mats, sliding doors due to dead grass being blown everywhere. We had friends staying in the house and they were equally dismayed. When I complained I was told his workers had been sick so he had got behind in his cuts and he said they 'never' use a catcher - that was news to me.! I would not have booked them if not using a catcher is their normal process. A week down the track and we are still cleaning up the scattered dead grass. Service: Lawn mowing & maintenance
