        I had a consultation with the Clinic Manager/ Treatment Co-Ordinator Haley to talk about what I wanted done and she worked out a payment plan with me. I had my first session with no problems but when I turned up for my second session I was told that the plan did not cover what I thought I had paid for and further more my forehead had been treated the first time but they had done this by taking out some of the units I had been allocated. Obviously unhappy about that. Caci's remedy was to tell me that they would gift me the units used in my first appointment but that if I wanted that done again I would have to stump up even more money. I was told that it was a mis-communication but I felt like I was made to feel like the mis-communication was on my part. As I said to them, they are the experts I have absolutely no idea how many units would be required to treat my face for a year. Very disappointing, would NOT recommend them.
