Dont bother with the payment plan . They dont give you your certificate until its paid which at 25 dollars a week takes forever and without the certificate no one believes your qualification. You get memberships to qualified bookkeepers associations but need the certificate to activate the membership so by the time you pay off the course and get your certificate the memberships are invalid anyway. False advertising.

Clear content, work at your own pace, tutors are helpful. Only feedback is that some assignment questions could be clearer

I signed up for a course but couldnt give a time for a study due to work and 2 pre schoolers but career academy keep taking my course fee week after week and still said theres no guarantee for course cancellation and I had to ring my bank and cancel my bank account to cancel the future payments. I would suggest everyone to go to tertiary or Uni rather than so called online study. Please do not take online courses at all, work part time and study full time at Uni or any tertiary. Do not waste your time and money into online study.

I am not really impressed with how issues are handled by student support services, purchased a 90 day extension whilst having remaining 5 days but shows I only have 83 days remaining, when I purchased this offer only 2 days ago. How is this correct? Sort it out
