We have been renovating our first home to an extent that we have had to live elsewhere. As a previous chef, the kitchen has been where I have spent the most energy choosing appliances and planning a design that was supposed to result in my dream kitchen. I purchased Neff appliances in June 2022 to ensure we didnt experience delays with supply etc. all of the appliances were paid in full by the end of 2022 (with exception to the oven shelf which I purchased later). I had a delivery time frame for these appliances as the end of March 2023. At the beginning of March(8/3/23) I made contact to get delivery organised. The earliest response I received from Neff was on the 24/3/23 only to find out that from that day they were doing a systems upgrade which meant they were unable to do anything except take the remaining payment. The communication from Neff has been appalling, no heads up as to the system upgrade even though the appliances were meant to be delivered during that timeframe. No response to emails requesting that the appliances be refunded and only this week was I sent an email to say that the payment had been applied to my purchase (which was fully paid four months ago) and that the appliances would now be managed by Fliway and no further information about timeframes or tracking numbers to work with. I spent nearly an hour on hold with Fliway who couldnt do anything to help as they didnt have any record in their system (using the only numbers I had through Neff). I now am moving into my new home with no kitchen, no idea when I will be able to have one, no recognition from Neff as to the disruption this has caused, all because Neff are unable to provide the customer support required. My experience has been severely tainted and once I finally receive my appliances (if that ever happens) the joy I was expecting to get out of these for many years has now been taken away. I do not recommend working with the Bosch group given my experience regardless of the goods they are selling. Next time I will be dealing with Miele who I have had a great experience with purchasing the dishwasher and now regret not buying everything through them. If I could give a zero star rating I would, I would also appreciate the admin for this review responding to discuss my experience further given attempts to email and phone have got me nowhere.
