Winona Forever

I was supposed to sit at a long table with dirty dishes on it. Asked to sit elsewhere and noticed just about the whole time I was there those dirty dishes on that first table werent moved. Wasnt allowed to sit at a normal table with a chair, she told me I had to move to another long table and only so long as I sat in the corner. Waitress was very condescending, I found her (French?) accent hard to understand so she treated me like I was thick. As I paid I asked a different staff member for the owner or managers number. He referred it to the same girl who served me and. unsurprisingly, she refused to give me their number. Food was good but dont think much of the service.
