Auckland Family Dental: Parnell Dentistry

I'm from Japan where good dental care is easily accessible and reasonable, so going to the dentist overseas for the first time was so nerve wracking. I went to another practice at CBD when my tooth started hurting and they referred me to an endodontist without proper explanation or advice. Turns out I needed to get the tooth removed so I went to this clinic instead. I had my hurting tooth along with a wisdom tooth removed, and throughout the entire process Dr. Adaikin was so encouraging and sympathetic I felt really at ease. It was such a quick process too! Also Ms. Hunt at the reception was so lovely both on the phone and in-person. I'll definitely come back here if I need any dental care in the future. Thank you so much for everything.

The team at Parnell are absolutely fantastic. It's so easy to set up appointments, they are very organized, helpful and friendly reception staff. The dentists are also great, I'm currently using an Invisalign-type product and my dentist worked with me to come up with a plan I was happy with. Answered all my questions in detail, gave me all the options but also gave me recommendations about what they thought was best. Also had a minor oral surgery with them before my current plan, which went perfectly - no complications and healed quickly. Couldn't be happier!

I am from the USA. I developed a toothache during the time I was traveling to Auckland. These folks got me in quickly and took care of the problem. They were very friendly and helpful. I appreciate them very much.

I had my aligners done through Auckland Family Dental in Parnell and my normal dentist is the branch in New Lynn. For almost a year, I had been coming in for my monthly checks and from the first day, I was guided on what my options would be. I am very glad that I went ahead with this clinic for my aligners and I am extremely pleased with my results. Not only were my dentists supportive, they answered all my questions and reassured any concerns I had and really listened to but they also give their best professional suggestions which I appreciated. Always listen to your dentist haha. Very professional and welcoming, from the moment you are greeted by the lovely reception staff until you leave at the end of your appointment. They will go through every step with you until you feel confident and knowing I was in great hands made my journey well worth the payment because they dont take any shortcuts. I would highly recommended this clinic for any dental work. Thank you Parnell Dental and in particular to my dentists who looked after me!
