        The kickstart programme is such a great deal with one on one training and detox and infared sauna. Wendy is so kind and the one on one makes it so easy to excercise in such a comfortable and inviting environment. I dont love to excercise but even I look forward to my sessions

        I can highly recommend the Kickstart programme! The power plate is a great way to achieve your goals, Wendy is really supportive and motivating, a wonderful personal trainer. The saunas included are also Fantastic. Plus being able to work with Denise, the Naturopath is a wonderful way to help with any issues, she is incredibly knowledgeable

        I am so impressed with Wendy as a Personal Trainer. She has an instinctive ability to ascertain what is required to get the most out of the training sessions I've attended without feeling like it is a boot camp. I've been having training with her for around 3 years now and wouldn't go anywhere else. I also swear by the Vibra Plate to help with my circulation and arthritis. I highly recommend Wendy and her colleague Denise (naturopath). Jude F
