Quick service, never loved my hair more, such good value for such a great service! I often pay tripple for a fancy saloon and dont walk out as happy as I felt after getting my hair done here. Thank you!

EDIT: they have offered me another "fix it" appointment, but only during office hours, which is really inconvenient as I work an hour away from them, and honestly, I just don't want to head back to the Headlarious studio. They have also said that they have a "no refunds policy," which I'm pretty sure is illegal. I am now beginning to apply to the disputes tribunal for a refund as from past reviews, it looks like this is a repeated behavior, which is really unfair to their loyal customers. ------- I really like Jun as a person and had a great experience here a year ago but my most recent visit has been stressful. When I initially arrived home, my dark roots appeared yellow so I immediately called the salon and Jun agreed to tone my hair again, for free that afternoon, which was fantastic. She toned, dried and styled my hair for a second time for free. However, I have purple shampooed my hair twice in the week following said appointment and the yellow tones are persisting, as well as some terribly tacky looking bleach lines near my scalp. I can't do a half up, half down hair style at the moment because the roots are too embarrassing to expose. I have been bleaching my black hair for three years and have never been left with yellow streaks like this. My hair is embarrassing atm and I will definitely have to get it colour corrected in the next few weeks. Having paid $265 to headlarious already (bleach only, no treatment, no cut!), I am feeling annoyed enough to leave this review
