        Simon and his team worked on a property of mine a couple of years ago, from the start its all glossy pictures and hopes and dreams, the end result included leaking drains, damaged and now needing repair vanities, orders of "you must pay, if you want your warranty claim looked at" I would NEVER use Simon or add value renovations again.
