Top Notch Bodyworks | Osteopathy & Massage Therapy Parnell

I have Southern Cross Health Insurance and I had a very disappointing experience! I booked and paid for whole hour massage time but I only had 30mins massage and the other 30mins was for a masseuse talking with me for (Consultation)! And you guys still charged me for 120$!! I paid for one whole hour not for 30mins! I went to see you guys was for a massage and because I have Southern Cross Health Insurance! I am not rich ! I left with nothing gets any better my problems still exists! I felt like I got ripped off I did not ask to pay for 120$ for a Consultation! I am really really disappointed! I do not recommend this massage and I will not coming back here ever again!!

The massage experience was fantastic. However, all the paperwork; the list of questions, constant reminders & instructions was definitely over done. Youre giving a personal service not organising a military exercise! Too many private questions too; personal health insurance cover. Medical questions!!! - not being admitted for surgery

I had a great experience at Top Notch. Anj is a very experienced and empathetic Osteopath. She got to the root of my issue very quickly, and I was back moving well and pain free after only a couple of treatments. Thanks Anj. Highly recommended.
