Jamee helped me fixing a back issue. She quickly identified where the problem came from and how to fix it. She gave me simple & clear instructions about the exercises to do at home. After a couple of sessions I was fully operational again. She has a great knowledge of the body and also really nice to chat with.

I've been seeing Brad at Be Physio once a week for approximately a doze. years. The results were immediate, such that I quickly concluded a visit to Brad needed to be incorporated into my weekly routine. Be Physio isn't your ordinary physio clinic. The teams skill set and clinic's onsite gym means a typical session is a combination of both remedial and corrective work. The flexibility and strengthening work I've been doing over the years has made a massive difference to my health and wellbeing, my fitness, and my mental state. I thoroughly recommend visiting. Be Physio is an extremely good place to get treated. I've been to multiple sessions with Marthinus and he has been execeptional. The big point of difference for me comes with the detail of his explanations. He makes sure you understand what is going on inside your body to ensure that you can take the learnings with you for life. The level of care and dedication this man has to his patients and for the work he does is unparalleled. Anyone who gets treated by him is lucky as he is a fantastic Physio and a really nice guy

Highly recommend Marthinus, Brad and the team at BE Physio. I found them to be truly comprehensive and really great value with the level of personalised advice and service that you get. These guys know what they're on about!
