One of the best optometrists I've been to. Richard is exceptionally thorough, professional, and explains everything clearly and in detail. My visit was worth every penny - highly recommend!

I have been purchasing my contact lense refills from this company for a year now and because of excellent customer service and price in the past. However this time I am extremely disappointed and furiated at the service of this branch. Looking a purchase a box of lenses which cost $114.95. I looked online and asked if they could price match at $112.90. The staff called me back and said they could but as part of the price match condition they would need to charge the delivery fee of $8.95 which meant I would be paying $121.85. They called me to offer me this and said their boss has made a good offer. Either their boss is taking the piss or just does not care about the principals or has no common sense. Just unbelievable. Richard has been my optician for years and I trust him totally. My vision has many challenges, but his experience with weird eyes and knowledge of new products helps me to maintain good vision and even avoid reading glasses (yay for multifocal contact lenses!). I highly recommend this practice. By the way, the online store has really sharp prices!
