        I highly recommend Kelly as a PT and her group classes. She is professional, loves what she does and I feel she genuinely wants to see her clients achieve their goals. Attending the group classes has given me added motivation and also added a new level of excitement to my workouts as I am always learning new exercises and the correct technique and form.         I highly recommend Kelly, she is a great PT who listens to you and inspires you to achieve your goals. I have been going to her for several years now and she works to continuously evolve my training programme as well as supporting my other goals whether that is running a half marathon or going hiking. Kelly personalises your programme, understands the motivation you need and challenges you to keep improving.

        Best personal trainer, ever! Kelly considers your personal goals, your fitness level and any injuries you may have. I have been a client of Kellys for over three years and the programme has evolved for our goals and strengthening to mitigate long term injuries. Training with Kelly works in person and virtually. Ill be shortly going to virtual only training, as I re-locate out of Auckland. I know well continue to achieve our goals
