Im an ex Tradie and there quotes to fix up items for a healthy homes assessment is priced far too high. Ok inspection but would be a miracle to pass as perfectionists & definitely would get follow up work quoted elsewhere via a handy man.

We had some work that needed repair in a very short time as it was picked up during a builders report as part of sale of our house. We wanted to get all work completed by settlement and Kevin D'Souza and his Oncore team did a great job with waterproofing a bathroom, retiling, refitting plumbing as well as plasterboards and repainting. The buyer of the house was happy with the work completed and the settlement went through OK. Thanks Kevin for all of your hard work.
