ACE Towing

Came out with a smoke on hand and made these large gestures at me swinging his arms as I moved towards him to talk trying to figure what was going on, as I moved towards him he yelled at me get away, go back that way throwing his hands forward pointing in the other direction. I was so confused like wha??? Why?? Hmmm?? Dont you see me waving my hands, go back that way, dont come near me He seemed to think I should know what he was meaning, I didnt and so I did as a normal dude would and approached him to talk. I wouldve been fine with it if he had simply politely told me vocally he wanted me to go away because he was scared of covid whilst frantically waving his arms round. After expressing his dismay for my obliviousness to his unclear signals I expressed my dismay at him for the way he treats his clients. Yeah, he ended up driving off and not doing the job. This review will probably make little difference but to anyone who is considering ace towing just know the vibe isnt probably going to be positive, you may bump into someone who isnt considerate of the client and leaves you without getting the job done 90mins after waiting for them to show up.

DO NOT USE THEM!!!!! We tried to book a broken down vehicle, 1st question was do you have an account with us??? Second question is how will you pay, we were given two options, arrange payment over the phone with extra charges or by cash to the driver picking up the vehicle. They phoned us 5 min later and said please make sure someone is with the vehicle when we pick it up, that's fine we are waiting for you at the vehicle. Then again 5min later they phoned, just to make sure we have 100% the correct amount of cash to pay them!! AGAIN 5 to 10 min later they phoned and said they don't know when they are going to send someone to pick up the vehicle, we must just wait. Phone the office number again to asked if they can send someone else and why they so adamant to make sure we have the cash on hand?

Absolutely poor customer service. Very rude lady answering phone calls and needs to work on her manners. Missed out on a lot of money.
