        Queues to the doors and only 2 tellers. No intention to provide customer service because there are only 2 tellers booths. Wanted to do some currency exchange since I am a westpac kiwi saver customer. They said no because you dont have a bank account with us. Well, all my kiwi saver contributions will be changed to another scheme now.

        No good service. We book from last week but they said they gonna msg me the confirmation time this week. No msg show up until today they just call and I'm trying my best to be on time a they saying but I was late and then they CANCELLED! NO GOOD AT ALL
